厂家介绍测量环氧地坪涂料黏度注意事项

现如今环氧地坪的成熟,被使用的地点很多,比如停车场、工厂车间等地方,然而在施工完成后我们要注意监测环氧地坪涂料的黏度,这样可以保证环氧地坪完成后的质量和使用时间。不过值得注意的是,在测量时一定要注意以下几点,否则很难操作。

However, after construction, we should pay attention to monitoring the viscosity of epoxy floor coatings, so as to ensure the quality of the finished epoxy floor and the use time. However, it is worth noting that when measuring, we must pay attention to the following points, otherwise it is very difficult to operate.

(1)测定的规定温度应在21-25度之间。因为温度过高,测定的黏度比较低,温度过低,黏度比较高,不是标准值。

(1) the prescribed temperature should be between 21-25 degrees. Because the temperature is too high, the viscosity of the measurement is relatively low, the temperature is too low, the viscosity is relatively high, it is not the standard value.

(2)每次测完要清洁涂-4杯,选用所测涂料相应的溶剂,防止测定小孔被堵。

(3)先用手指或器具堵严小孔漏嘴,倒满100ml涂料,用玻璃棒将气泡和多余试样倒入凹槽,防止测样不到或超过标准。

(3) First plug the small hole leak with finger or instrument, fill 100 ml paint, and pour the bubble and surplus sample into the groove with glass rod to prevent the sample from failing or exceeding the standard.

(4)迅速移开手指时,同时启动秒表,待试样流束刚中断时立即停止秒表,计时。

(4) When the finger is quickly removed, the stopwatch is started at the same time, and the stopwatch is stopped immediately when the sample beam is interrupted.

环氧地坪涂料产品黏度的经验检测方法是,经搅拌后,用棒挑起涂料进行观察。正常的涂料应自由降落而不断,如有中断而回缩现象,说明该涂料较稠。一般棒上的涂料与桶内涂料在很短时间内会连接不断的流淌,连接距离为30-50cm,即是近于刷涂的程度。小于30cm,表明涂料的黏度太小,即涂料太稀;大于50cm,表明黏度太大,即涂料太稠。这种以符合施工要求为准,同时又通过多次实践应用,不用黏度计测定的黏度,称为工作黏度。

The empirical test method for the viscosity of epoxy floor coatings is to observe the coating with stick after stirring. Normal coatings should be allowed to fall freely and continuously. If there is any interruption, the shrinkage will show that the coating is thicker. Generally, the paint on the rod and the paint in the barrel will connect continuously in a very short time, the connection distance is 30-50 cm, that is, close to the degree of brushing. Less than 30 cm, indicating that the viscosity of the coating is too small, that is, the coating is too thin; greater than 50 cm, indicating that the viscosity is too big, that is, the coating is too thick. This kind of viscosity is called working viscosity, which is based on the construction requirement and has been used for many times without viscometer.

通过测定黏度,可以观察涂料贮存一段时间后的聚合度,按照不同施工要求,用适合的稀释剂调整黏度,以达到刷涂、镘涂、批刮施工所需的不同黏度指标。所以施工过程中这一步时不可少的,在施工时一定要注意工人是否偷工减料。
