哪些因素会影响环氧地坪工程的质量呢?

1.基材表面平整度

1. substrate surface smoothness 

基材表面平整度即是指表面的凹凸的程度。我们一般选用2m的靠尺测量其缝隙的间距,在3mm以下都算是平整度较好的。

2.基面强度

2. base surface strength 

基面强度是影响环氧地坪工程的一个决定性因素,因为如果基层受力破坏,便会引起整个地坪的破坏。或是基面强度不够的话会使得地坪涂层与基材拉开,所以我们要求基面强度要大于25MPa。

Base strength is a decisive factor affecting the epoxy floor project, because if the base is damaged by force, it will cause damage to the entire floor. Or if the base strength is not enough, the floor coating and the substrate will be pulled apart, so we require the base strength to be greater than 25 MPa. 

3.基层干燥程度

3. base level drying degree 

涂膜鼓泡和脱层都是因为在混凝土和砂浆地面中含有水分,它会是基层与涂层之间的粘结强度大大降低,所以要保持基层的干燥。在环氧地坪工程中,一般要求基面含水量在6%以下为佳,而基层干燥时间在28d以上。

In the epoxy floor engineering, it is generally required that the moisture content of the base is less than 6%, and the drying time of the base is more than 28 days.

环氧地坪工程进行之前,除了要做好基面处理,还要注意调查施工环境。
