钣金加工中如何处理氧化皮及共振现象

钣金加工过程中是要求金属不能够被氧化过。另外,还要求金属的厚度需要超过处置后商品的厚度;但是在实际操作中,几乎不存在没有被氧化过的金属,那么关于被氧化过的金属需要怎么处置呢?

五金钣金加工操作中的不是通过选用氢氟酸和硝酸进行强腐蚀办法去掉。不过此方法由于污染环境、对人体有害、腐蚀性比较大并且成本大而逐步被钣金加工业遗弃。当前深圳钣金加工厂对氧化皮处置办法总动来说有两种:

1.喷砂法/喷丸法:大体上是选用喷微玻璃珠的办法,去掉外表的黑色氧化皮。

2.通过化学法:运用一种无污染的酸洗钝化膏和常温无毒害的带有无机添加剂的清洗液进行浸洗。使其达到不锈钢本性的白化处置意图。通过这种方法处处理的金属设备看上去是一无光的色泽。这种办法对大型、杂乱商品较适用。

The metal equipment handled by this method seems to be a dull color. This method is more suitable for large and promiscuous goods.

五金钣金加工过程中如何做到减小机箱机柜的共振现象?

机箱机柜工作过程中的振动,可以通过在钣金加工过程中安装减震器的方法来减小的,在安装减震器后则在10到2000Hz范畴内基本上没有共振扩大的现象。虽然在200Hz左右呈现了不规则的尖峰,机箱机柜有共振扩大的现象,不过时间范畴很短,传递率下降的速度也比较快,因此对机柜的影响不是很大。另外,机箱机柜出厂后应该对其表面进行裂纹检测,以及其衔接处是否呈现出松动表象,如果出现该现象,我们要及时禁锢。
