With the gradual expansion of oil-fired and gas-fired hot stoves market, people's attention has shifted to oil-fired and natural gas hot stoves. Because of the complexity and novelty of oil-fired and gas-fired hot stove, many people do not understand the problem, the type of equipment. If you choose a small one, you will not be able to perform your normal working ability. So, how do you choose the appropriate power oil-fired gas hot stove according to the actual needs of the hot stove?
1. Manufacturer's choice
The burner is mainly imported or domestic burners. The main characteristics of imported burners are mature technology, high degree of refinement, high efficiency, environmental protection, good quality (high safety, stable system), but also high price. The domestic burner system is immature, poor stability and low thermal efficiency, but the price is low.
We generally recommend imported combustion engines: mainly considering stability, safety and efficiency.
2. Fuel selection
The burner is mainly divided into:
1, fuel series: light oil such as REG series, heavy oil such as Riya road RN series;

3. Model selection
The mode of model selection is mainly based on the thermal power of the oil-fired gas hot blast stove to select the thermal power of the burner (which is determined by the thermal power of the burner).
Calculation method of burner power: burner power = hot stove power / thermal efficiency
The type of combustion machine is determined, and the pressure and flow rate suitable for the combustion machine are selected according to actual needs.
Gas burner: requires gas flow rate [m3n/h]= (burner power [KW] * 3.6) / [gas calorific value MJ/ m3n];
燃油燃烧器：燃油流量的需求量[Kg/h]= (燃烧器功率[KW]×3.6)/燃油热值[MJ/ Kg]。
Fuel burner: fuel flow demand [Kg/h]= (burner power [KW] * 3.6) / fuel calorific value [MJ/ Kg].
Select valve sets for gas and dual fuel burners (mainly for gas hot stove):
Use the valve group selection table to select the valve group with sufficient caliber. Please note that the value of the valve group selection table is based on the data when the back pressure of the hot blast stove is 0. When selecting the valve group, the actual gas pressure must be subtracted from the backpressure of the hot blast stove to select the valve group. The gas of the valve group selection table is natural gas.
3. Check the size of the burner connection, especially the burner head, which should be 10-20 mm in length with the burner head protruding from the refractory throat in the hot blast stove. Check the flame size in the flame size diagram. Be sure that the flame can not touch the furnace wall.
