生物质热风炉供热系统中的定压方式

供热系统压力较高时,采用高级水箱不能保证系统所需的压力,此时,应当采用补给水泵定压方式。这种定压方式在苏联热水热风炉供热系统中被普遍应用。补给水泵定压有连续补水定压和连续补水定压两种方式。 此生物质热风炉定压方式的安装由补给水箱,补给水泵,压力调理器等组成。当系统运转正常时,经过压力调理器调理使补给水泵连续补水并使之与系统的走漏量相顺应,从而维持系统压力的稳定。当循环水泵停运时,能够关闭压力调理器前的截止阀。补给水泵仍连续补水以维持系统所需的静压。这种定压方式无需收缩水箱,因此设备费用低廉,此外,补给水泵又补水又定压,水泵功率不大,运转费用也很小。因而,这种方式在我国热水供热系统中应用相当普遍。 这种定压方式最大的缺陷是假如系统忽然停电时,补给水泵将失去定压作用。为避免此时热风炉缺水汽化,系统中采用了压力上水辅助型安装,当循环水泵运转时,由于上水辅助安装,循环水不会倒灌到压力上升系统中去。当忽然停电而使循环水泵,补给水泵停运时,压力上水系统立刻投入运转,止回阀被自动翻开,压力水将流经热水热风炉并从集气罐排出,从而防止了炉室余热惹起锅水汽化。与此同时的操作是应该关闭供,回热水管总阀,使得热源和热网隔绝开来。 生物质热风炉补给水泵连续补水定压由电接点压力表控制来完成,循环水泵入口压力能够维持在一定范围内,当压力低于这个范围时,电接点压力表动作并接通补给水泵电动机电路,补给水泵运转,补水,热水循环泵入口压力升高并超越一定范围时,热水热风炉的压力表就是切断补给水泵电源,是补给水泵停运。如此往复动作,补给水泵连续补水,并维持系统压力在一定范围内动摇,这样系统定压方式,由于连续补水,就比连续补水俭省电能,但是其调理和定压质量比连续补水方式要差,还有压力动摇大,压力表触点动作频繁易于损坏等缺陷。

At the same time, the operation is to turn off the supply and reheat the main valve of the water pipe, so that the heat source and the heat supply network will be cut off. The constant pressure of feedwater pump for biomass hot blast stove is controlled by electric contact pressure gauge. The inlet pressure of circulating water pump can be maintained in a certain range. When the pressure is below this range, the electric contact pressure gauge acts and connects the motor circuit of feedwater pump. The feedwater pump runs, replenishes water and the inlet pressure of hot water circulating pump.
