厂家分析我国目前热风炉需要注意和改进之处

一、热风炉燃烧室及上部炉床蓄热效果差.具体表现为烧炉时燃烧室升温慢,当燃烧室温度达到1200℃时烟道温度已经较高,无法继续烧炉,否则烟道温度超标且浪费大量燃料。但这时热风炉燃烧室及上部炉床蓄热有限,停烧焖炉后燃烧室温度下降很快,需要频繁烧炉。二、炉床温度分布极不均匀,转换区温度过低,该区域硅砖炉墙及硅砖炉床易损坏转换区是指硅砖炉床向高铝砖炉床成都收账过渡区域。

三、燃料消耗过大,保温成本较高

造成以上几种不良工况的主要原因在于热风炉改变燃料后的燃烧状况不佳。如何使液化石油气能够与热风炉燃烧器科学匹配是解决问题的关键。盲目使用液化石油气进行热风炉长时间保温烧炉,可能造成热风炉炉床格子砖及硅砖炉墙的巨大损坏。
