Hot-blast stove is the equipment that burns fuel to heat air to produce hot air. The medium of hot-blast stove is air. It uses the flue gas produced by coal combustion to heat air directly, and produces clean hot air with constant temperature and no pollution for subsequent production. The indirect coal-fired hot blast stove is mainly suitable for drying materials which are not allowed to be polluted, or for drying heat-sensitive materials with lower temperature. The larger the heat exchange area, the higher the heat transfer rate, the better the energy saving effect of the hot blast stove, and the longer the life of the furnace body and heat exchanger. Conversely, the size of the heat exchange area can also be identified from the temperature of the flue gas. The lower the smoke temperature, the higher the heat transfer rate, the greater the heat exchange area. The high temperature combustion gas obtained by combustion reaction of gas hot blast stove fuel further contacts with the outside air, mixes at a certain temperature and directly enters the drying chamber or baking room, contacts with the dried material, heating and evaporating water, thus obtaining the dried product. Oil-fired hot blast stove uses direct combustion of fuel to form hot air after high purification treatment, and directly contacts with materials for heating, drying or baking. The consumption of fuel by this method is about half as much as that of steam or other indirect heaters.
