Third, sulfur content of coal. Sulphur burns to produce S02 and S03, which are easy to corrode equipment by synthesizing acidic substances with water vaporization in flue gas. Therefore, coal with low sulphur content must be selected as fuel.
Of course, there are many factors affecting the hot stove, not only the above three points, but as long as the above three main points are well done, the working efficiency and service life of the hot stove can be greatly improved.
Hot working principle of hot blast stove:
1, direct type high purification hot stove.
It uses direct combustion of fuel to form hot air after high purity treatment, and directly contacts with materials to heat, dry or bake. The consumption of fuel by this method is about half as much as that of steam or other indirect heaters. Therefore, the direct type high purification hot air can be used without affecting the quality of the drying product.
Fuel can be divided into:
(1) solid fuels, such as coal and coke.
2. Liquid fuels, such as diesel oil and heavy oil.
3. Gas fuels, such as gas, natural gas and liquid gas.
The high-temperature combustion gases obtained by combustion reaction further contact with the outside air, mix to a certain temperature and then directly enter the drying chamber or baking room, contact with the dried materials, heat and evaporate water, so as to obtain the dried products. In order to make use of the combustion reaction heat of these fuels, a fuel burning device must be added. Such as: coal burner, fuel burner, gas burner and so on.
2. Indirect hot-air stove
It is mainly suitable for drying materials which are not allowed to be polluted, or for drying heat sensitive materials with lower temperature. Such as: milk powder, pharmaceuticals, synthetic resins, fine chemicals, etc. The heating device uses steam, heat conducting oil and flue gas as carriers to heat air through various forms of heat exchangers.
The most essential problem of indirect hot stove is heat exchange. The larger the heat exchange area, the higher the heat transfer rate, the better the energy saving effect of the hot blast stove, and the longer the life of the furnace body and heat exchanger. Conversely, the size of the heat exchange area can also be identified from the temperature of the flue gas. The lower the smoke temperature, the higher the heat transfer rate, the greater the heat exchange area.
