燃煤热风炉安全阀的作用及原理

燃煤热风炉安全阀是一种自动泄压报警装置。它的主要作用是:当热风炉压力超过允许的数值时,能自动开启排汽泄压,同时能发出报警声响,警告司炉人员,以便采取必要的措施,降低热风炉压力。当热风炉压力降到允许值后,安全阀又能自行关闭,从而使热风炉能在允许的压力范围内安全运行,防止热风炉超压而引起爆炸。在热水热风炉上装设安全阀,是当热风炉因汽化等原因引起超压时,能够起到泄压、报警作用,达到安全运行的目的。因此,安全阀是热风炉上必不可少的安全附件之一,司炉人员常常将安全阀比喻为“耳朵”。有一些热风炉,如果没有安装排气阀,在运行前,为便于进水升火,可以通过安全阀排除锅筒内的空气;在停炉后进行无压排水时,为解除锅筒内的真空状况,也可通过开启安全阀向锅筒内部引进空气。

The safety valve of coal-fired hot blast stove is an automatic pressure relief alarm device. Its main function is: when the pressure of hot blast stove exceeds the allowable value, it can automatically open the exhaust steam and pressure relief, at the same time, it can send out alarm sounds and warn the furnace manager, so as to take necessary measures to reduce the pressure of hot blast stove. When the pressure of the hot blast stove drops to the allowable value, the safety valve can be closed by itself, so that the hot blast stove can operate safely within the allowable pressure range and prevent the overpressure of the hot blast stove from causing explosion. Installation of safety valve on hot-water hot-blast stove can relieve pressure and alarm when overpressure is caused by vaporization of hot-blast stove, so as to achieve the purpose of safe operation. Therefore, safety valve is one of the indispensable safety accessories on hot-blast stove, and the fireman often compares safety valve to "ear". In some hot blast stoves, if no exhaust valve is installed, the air in the drum can be removed by the safety valve in order to facilitate water intake and fire before operation. In order to relieve the vacuum condition in the drum, air can also be introduced into the drum by opening the safety valve after the stoppage of the furnace.

安全阀主要由阀座、阀芯和加压装置等部分组成。它的工作原理是:安全阀阀座内的通道与热风炉蒸汽空间相通,阀芯由加压装置产生的压力紧紧压在阀座上,当阀关闭状态;如果热风炉内气压太高,则蒸汽对阀芯的托力也增大,当托力大于加压装置对阀芯的压力时,阀芯就被顶起而离开阀座,使安全阀处于开启状态,从而使热风炉内的蒸汽排出,达到泄压的目的。当热风炉内气压下降时,阀芯所受蒸汽的托力也随之降低,当热风炉内汽压恢复到正常,即蒸汽托力小于加压装置对阀芯的压力时,安全阀又自行关闭。

The safety valve is mainly composed of the valve seat, the valve core and the pressurizing device. Its working principle is that the passage in the seat of the safety valve is connected with the steam space of the hot blast stove, and the pressure generated by the pressure device of the valve core is tightly pressed on the seat when the valve is closed; if the pressure in the hot blast stove is too high, the pressure of the steam on the valve core also increases, and when the pressure on the valve core is greater than that of the pressure device, the valve core will be closed. The valve is lifted away from the seat, so that the safety valve is in an open state, so that the steam in the hot blast stove is discharged to achieve the purpose of pressure relief. When the pressure in the hot blast stove decreases, the supporting force of the steam on the valve core also decreases. When the steam pressure in the hot blast stove returns to normal, that is, when the supporting force of the steam is less than that of the pressurizing device on the valve core, the safety valve closes by itself.
